Foundation

Start-up businesses in the debt collection industry where debt collection or ancillary services such as trace is the primary source of revenue for the company, but the company has less than two years trading history. 

Full

Companies where debt collection or ancillary services such as trace is the primary source of revenue for the company.  

Affiliate

Affiliate membership incorporates all businesses that carry out the function of debt collection as a secondary activity in relation to their everyday business enterprise. 

International

Debt collection is the primary source of revenue, but the company is registered in a country outside the United Kingdom. 

Intermediary

A company which does not generate its income primarily from debt collection, but who is otherwise interested is assisting in the activity.

Creditor 

A company that provides credit and also debt recovery, but debt recovery does not constitute the majority revenue for the business. Examples of this would be a bank or building society. 

Supplier

Supplier membership is for a company or business that does not carry out debt recovery itself, but has either a product or service that can support the processes of a company in the debt collection industry. Learn more.
